Ruth is a business psychologist, executive coach and consultant, and has worked in the consultancy field since 1998, working across all sectors, with a wide range of individuals and teams.

Prior to becoming a business psychologist, Ruth worked as an HR Professional for British Steel and UBS. She has a BA (Hons) Psychology (University of Liverpool), MSc Occupational Psychology (City, University of London), Diploma in Coaching (Newcastle College), Certificates in Coaching & Counselling (CBT for Coaching & Coaching for EQ with Gestalt), MHFA Instructor qualification, and is qualified in various psychometrics, including: EQi, FIRO Element B, Hogan, MAPP, MBTI, PROPHET, SDI and Strengthscope. Ruth is a certified business psychologist with the ABP, a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Special Group in Coaching Psychology & BPS Division of Occupational Psychology.
She has delivered work in the UK, and in Bermuda, North America, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Dubai. Selected clients include Chaucer, Clyde & Co, Federated Hermes, Fidelity, Perrett Laver and many more.
When Ruth isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit and travelling to far-flung destinations.
