As an experienced coach and facilitator, Amy helps teams and individuals understand what makes them tick and how to make the most of it. She balances her energy and sense of fun with her corporate experience, to engage and enthuse teams and offer practical, tangible solutions.
Amy’s style is high energy, warm and positive and she uses her intuition to know when to challenge or tap into a sensitive approach. She facilitates discussions rather than lectures from the front, ensuring the team are engaged throughout and achieve the right result for them.
As a former Chief Operating Officer in the financial services industry, Amy understands the importance of engaged and effective teams. Having a team who want to be there and to go the extra mile for their boss and colleagues is invaluable in today’s fast paced and ever-changing world. This corporate experience enables her to understand what it’s like the other side of the desk, so she delivers practical solutions and brings the session to life with real life examples.
Amy continues to work with financial services clients but also loves the variety of working with a range of different clients from pharmaceuticals to automotive, and with apprentices to executives. She has worked in UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal Belgium, Greece, and the Netherlands.
Amy has been an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner for over 12 years. She is also a qualified coach and has a 1st in Economics (BA) from the University of Exeter.
Amy lives in Oxfordshire, loves long lunches and is an accidental Formula One fan.
