Nick Kambitsis

Nick Kambitsis

Nick graduated from Clare College, Cambridge, with a degree in medicine and spent his early career working as a general practitioner (GP) in London. During this time, he was accredited as a GP trainer, a role that involved the mentoring and appraising of young doctors who had chosen general practice as their career path.

In the early 90s, Nick turned his attention from the health of patients to the health of individuals and teams in organisations.  Nick left general practice and, in 2000, obtained an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the department of Organisational Psychology, Birkbeck College, London.

Nick has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching from Newcastle University and is an EMCC accredited supervisor of other coaches.

Nick specialises in the following areas:

  • Executive coach for all organizational levels (Board Member to Front-line Leader).

  • Coaching teams through change efforts.

  • Focus-group leader.

  • Design of coaching and mentoring programmes and other team interventions that help organisations socialise change.

  • Leadership program design and delivery.

Current and recent clients include: Roche; Barclays; Morgan Stanley; Guardian Media Group; London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games; Heathrow Terminal 5; Bank of England; London Borough of Croydon; West Sussex County Council.

Nick has worked in a number of countries including France, Germany, UAE, USA, Switzerland, UK, India, Algeria.
