Katharine Timmins is a Business Psychologist and Coach. She has worked in the consultancy field since early 2000. She has led the design and delivery of a wide range of development programmes, across different client sectors. Her work focuses on:
Executive coaching for individuals at different levels of an organisation.
Designing and running leadership and management development programmes.
Team facilitation to enhance the effectiveness of teams, often working in complex, fast changing environments.
Developing assessment and development programmes for succession planning and talent management within organisations.
Psychometric profiling
Developing cultural change initiatives.
She graduated from Sheffield University with a Psychology Degree and went on to complete a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology, in London. She is a qualified Coach and is accredited to use a range of psychometric tools, including Hogan, MBTI, Fire Element B, PROPHET and Strengthscope.
Katharine has delivered work in numerous locations, in and outside of the UK. Overseas locations include USA, Middle East, and a number of countries in Europe. She works with clients across a range of sectors. Selected clients include: Beazley, BCLP, Chaucer, Clyde & Co, Federated Hermes, G-Research, London Borough of Islington and London Councils.
